Many churches have recorded sermons that are distributed through traditional media types such as tape or CD. However, distributing sermons in this way can be limiting. Placing audio files online is less expensive, provides a broader reach, and requires no new equipment.

The only potential obstacles preventing you from placing your files online is the technology related to building or updating your church web site and storing large audio files. Our systems remove these obstacles.

The solution we've come up with is to create onlinetalks.net, a service which enables easy addition of audio file hosting to your current website.

A more prominent web presence

Each organisation who's part of onlinetalks.net has its own distinct presence through a separate sub-site. You're looking at one of these sub-sites now: www.churches.onlinetalks.net.

Because onlinetalks.net is searchable across all sub-sites it's designed to attract a higher search engine rankings than if the church publishes its sermons independently.

The idea is that your church name goes where the "church" address goes. You simply add a link from your current site to the new sub-site which we'll set up for you. The sub-site will have your church's contact details and a link back to your website, with an option to upload a logo or photo.

Back-catalogues too

You can upload details of all your older talks which you may have on cassette tape, and use onlinetalks to publish your back-catalogue on the web. People can then search through the catalogue and email you a request to be sent the talk.

What’s the commitment?

We have a simple one time-per-year charge for whichever storage allowance you choose, paid for securely through Paypal.

If you change your chosen allowance part way through the year, the 12-month period will reset to run from the date of the change, and we’ll adjust the next 12-month’s payment, or the duration of the allowance to take into consideration any “unused” time.
